Understanding the importance of having a qualified and reliable team is the first step to success, especially in our industry. Our Resource Management Team is constantly searching and seeking new talents to incorporate them to our team based on our clients and market needs.

Requirements to join our linguistic team:

  • University degree in Technical Translation or Linguistics

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in field of expertise

  • Native speaker of target language

  • 3 valid professional references

  • Successfully completes timed test translation

In order to ensure the reliability of our linguistic team we have developed an ongoing quality assessment process.

Quality Level Categorization:

  • Quality Specialist completes linguistic evaluation

  • Feedback is provided to our linguists using our Quality Assessment Form (QAF)

  • Classification in quality categories based on overall scoring

  • Category is updated bimonthly

  • Project Managers also complete a per-project resource evaluation

To complete the circle of overall service quality we conduct customer satisfaction surveys aimed to evaluate our general performance.
